A delicious dessert recipe from the Dominican Republic. It translates into `chocolate rolls in English.
Ingredients
1. half Tablespoon of cream
2. 8x 2 ounce squares of dark chocolate
3. 6x 2 ounce squares of white chocolate
4. 2x Tablespoons of margarine
5. 1 200 gram packet of shredded or crushed crackers
6. half Cup of chopped walnuts
7. half Cup of white raisins

Preparation:
1. Heat the cream well on a low gas and divide it in two.
2. Add the dark chocolate to one part, and the white chocolate to the other part.
3. Let them both melt on a low heat and switch off.
4. Add the margarine and the crushed crackers to the dark chocolate cream and mix well until it forms a paste.
5. Add the walnuts and the raisins.
6. With a rolling pin spread the paste onto rice paper.
7. Pour on the white chocolate, which should be semi-hard for best handling.
8. Roll up until you form a cylinder and wrap it in the rice paper.
9. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
10. Cut in ½ inch cylinders.
11. Decorate with coloured `hundreds and thousands`.
