Pastelon de Tuna con Esparragos recipe

Pastelon de Tuna con Esparragos -[Pastelon of Tuna with Asparagus] from the Dominican Republic

Ingredients:

2 240 grams tins of tuna [drain oil]
1 spoonful of juice of lemon
2 spoonfuls of Margarine
1 white onion picadita
1/2 cup of celery picadita
2 lots of 305 grams of cream of asparagus
1/3 cup of cream of milk
1 cup of bread crumbs
1/2 cup of cheese cheddar grated
1 spoonful of cut parsley

Preparation:

Lubricate a pyrex bowl with Margarine. Reserve.

In one bowl mix the tuna with the lemon juice, mix
well and reserve.

Heat a frying pan with Margarine Manicera, and add the onion and the celery. Fry slightly in a few minutes, then add the creams of asparagus and the cream of milk. When boiling add the tuna mixing well.

Mix the bread, with the cheese and the parsley.
Bake in 20 minutes at 350 degrees, serve warm.
