This classic of Dominican Republic dessert recipes is cooked in true Dominican style.
Traditionally it is prepared pureeing the corn but to make it easier this is a different method that takes less time and effort.
It is a light dessert and easy to make.
Prior preparation:
Peel the corncob with your grater, add water, and stand.

* 4 cups of milk
* 4 corncobs
* 1/2 cup of sugar
* 2 cups of coconut milk
* 1 teaspoon of vanilla
* 1 teaspoon of salt
* 4 sticks of cinnamon
* 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
* 1/2 cup of water
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients except the cinnamon powder. Put in a bowl on a low heat. Stir constantly to avoid sticking to the bottom. When it turns into a mass serve immediately in little cups or ice cream cups. Take the cinnamon powder and sprinkle on top. Let it stand. Put it into the refrigerator 15 minutes before serving.
Time: 20 minutes
Serve: 4 persons
