Halibut with coconut recipe [Halibut Empanizado with Coconut]-from the Dominican Republic
Ingredients:
1 1/2 halibut cortodo in the shape of bastoncitos
1 spoonful of Sazon El Cochinero
1 clove of garlic mojodo
1 spoonful of juice of lemon
1 teaspoonful of salt
1/4 teaspoonful of pepper
1 cup of wheat flour Pillsbury
2 egg whites
1 cup of dehydrated coconut grated Oil Manicero to fry
Ingredients for the sauce:
1/2 cup of juice of tamarind
1/2 cup of cheese cream Philadelphia
2 spoonfuls of Mayonnaise Manicera
