3 egg whites until stiff
2 ripe bananas, cut into wheels

Preparation:
In a bowl, beat egg yolks, add margarine, continue mixing, add the cheese and milk. In another bowl, add the three dry ingredients and stir with a wooden spoon, adding margarine and mix well. Add the egg whites until stiff in the form of an envelope. Reserve.
In a medium frying pan [preferably teflon], melt one tablespoon of margarine, then add 1/4 cup mixture of banana and 5 wheels. Cook both sides until golden. Sprinkle with cinnamon if you like. Serve with honey syrup.
