Crunchy chocolate bars recipe [Crunchy chocolate bars, from the Dominican Republic]

Bars Ingredients for the bars:
1 / 2 cup margarine,
2 cups crushed crackers [Mania],
3 / 4 cup sugar,
1 1 / 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chopped, 1 pound cream cheese type cream cheese,
1 egg,
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup chopped walnuts

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Melt margarine, add the biscuit powder and 1 / 4 cup sugar, mix well and place the dough in a greased 33 X 23 cm and bake for 15 minutes. Melt chocolate in double boiler, let cool. With your electric mixer beat the cheese, egg and remaining sugar until light consistency, a little bit of chocolate, pour over the dough and sprinkle with coconut and nuts.

Bake for 30 minutes, remove from oven and let cool. If you want to, add the chocolate. Refrigerate for 1 hour and then cut into bars. You can serve them on capacillos.

Optional Coverage: 1 / 2 cup hot cream, divided into two different containers. Add 3 tablespoons of white chocolate to one part chocolate and 3 tablespoons of black on the other hand, combining well. Spread them as you like on chocolate bars.
