* * 1 Pound of boneless chicken breast cut into chunks.
* * 5 tablespoons of olive oil.
* * 2 cloves of smashed garlic.
* * 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
* * 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
* * 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper.
Ingredients for the dressing
* 1/4 cup of olive oil.
* 1/4 cup of chopped coriander.
* 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
* 1/4 teaspoon of pepper.
Preparation for the dressing
Mix all ingredients in the order they appear above.
Preparation of the chicken breast.
Season the chicken breast with olive oil and the garlic, lemon juice, salt and red pepper. Let season in the refrigerator for one hour, then fry in a pan with half of the dressing, or you can put on the BBQ. Use other half of the dressing for a salad as desired.
Serve with white rice.
