Ingredients for the dough:
20 packets of chocolate biscuits (with 4 units) type Oreo without the stuffing and mashed,
1 / 2 cup melted margarine
1 / 2 cup sugar,
16 capacillos [baking cups] for biscuits
Preparation for the dough: Crush the biscuits and mix with margarine and sugar, mix well to form a dough, then add a little to each capacillo [baking cup]. Put aside.
1 pound cream cheese,
1 cup sugar,
4 eggs,
2 tablespoons Extra Fine Corn Flour dissolved in 1 / 2 cup cream,
1 teaspoon vanilla,
2 tablespoons bitter cocoa powder dissolved in 1 / 4 cup cream,
2 tablespoons instant coffee dissolved in 1 / 4 cup heavy cream
Cheese biscuits chocolate and coffee recipe
In mixing bowl soften the cheese, add sugar gradually, add the eggs one by one, add cornstarch dissolved in the cream, finally add the vanilla. Divide the cream in two, add the chocolate and dissolve in half the cream, then add the coffee mixture to the other half of the cream, then put a spoonful of the mixture simultaneously in capacillos to make it half and half chocolate and coffee. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool and serve.
