Ceviche con aguacate recipe [Marinated fish with avocado from the Dominican Republic]
Preparation
Put the snapper in a deep bowl, add lemon juice. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Then remove from the refrigerator and strain, one with the other ingredients, according to the order listed, mixing well, season to taste. Reserve.
Ingredients for the dressing:
1 / 4 cup olive oil Figaro
1 / 4 cup blanched watercress leaves (passed over very hot water and then cold water) I crushed garlic clove
1 / 4 teaspoon salt
Preparation:
In the bowl of your blender, add olive oil Figaro with the following ingredients blending well. In individual cups, serve the dressing first, then add the ceviche. Serve with tortilla chips.
