Cassava torte recipe from the Dominican Republic

Preparation

Butter a 3inch deep baking pan and heat in oven at 200 degrees c.

* 2 lb of cassava
* half cup of mozzarella cheese finely sliced
* quarter cup of butter
*quarter lb of ground pork
* 2 tbsp of oil
* 1 basil bunch finely chopped
* 1 tbsp of tomato paste
* 1 small red onion diced
* 1 green pepper diced
* 1 pinch of ground pepper
* 1 pinch of oregano<
* Salt
