Casa de Campo Marina

The Casa de Campo Marina was designed by the Italian architect, Gianfranco Fini, inspired by the old seaside villages of the Mediterranean.

It features villas and townhouse-type apartments, many with a private pier.

In the Calle Barlovento, besides the residential apartments, there are numerous shops. In addition there are many lovely
restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream shops and cafes.

In the Marina, every boat mooring is equipped with water, electricity and cable TV. Gasoline and diesel fuel are also readily available.

 For large boats up to 250 feet, there are six points for direct refueling.[cont left]

Besides the various types of shops in the square and in the interior Calle Barlovento, the Marina has a laundry, a ship chandler,
a shipyard for any type of repair and a travel lift that can carry up to 250 tons.

The harbormasters office performs all the functions of a modern Marina.

It furnishes daily weather bulletins and other
information necessary for navigation and manages a modern system of video-surveillance that guarantees maximum security.

Casa de Campo Yacht Club stands at the center of the Marina, with lounges, bar and an opened ocean view terrace.

It is a lovely piece of architecture for those who are sea lovers, in fact Casa de Campo Marina is a paradise for sailing as well as for high speed boats.

Its docks are concrete built with wooden catwalks all properly equipped with water and power facilities every two boats.

On the heart of the Marina, in a cozy and distinctive environment, stands one of Casa de Campos best dining jewels.

Chinois serves Chinese cuisine concentrating, its upscale menu in Cantonese delicacies, sushi and some Tai recipes. Take-outs as well as delivery and catering services are available to all Casa de Campo Villa Owners.
