[Beef skewers with rosemary and gorgonzola cream]

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons margarine
1 tablespoon minced onion
1/4 cup white wine
1/8 pound of gorgonzola cheese
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation:

Melt margarine, saute the onion, then add the other ingredients, mixing in. Stir in cream, finally add the salt and pepper to taste.

Ingredients for kebabs:
1 1/2 pounds dicede steak [beef tenderloin] cut into l" x 1" pieces
1 tablespoon of seasoning [ie Sazon El Cocinero]
2 tablespoons Soya Oil [ie Aceite Crisol Soya]
1 4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 pound fresh mushrooms
8 to 10 small white onions

Preparation

Season the fillets with the Sazon El Cocinero and Aceite Crisol, add salt and pepper and marinate for 1/2 hour in the fridge. Clean and cut the mushrooms into thick slices. Insert sprigs of rosemary, mushrooms, steak and onions. Go to the grill, cook the fillets until golden brown. Place on a platter and pour the cream on top.
