Ingredients:

1 / 4 cup oil
1 medium onion chopped,
3 cloves crushed garlic,
1 teaspoon ginger,
1 chopped chile,
1 / 2 cup of lemon balm (herb),

1 teaspoon saffron ,
3 cups washed brown rice,
2 cups chicken broth,
1 cup coconut milk boiling

Preparation:

In a saucepan, heat the oil well, saute the onion with the 2 ingredients below.
