If you want to know all about the Dominican Republic you have come to the right place! I started this website with my good friend the former British Ambassador Andy Ashcroft. We fell in love with the DR and its people and have made many visits.

Some of the most beautiful coastline in the Dominican Republic is found in Punta Cana and Bayahibe.
If you head further south you come to the historic capital Santo Domingo. The most famout part of the capital and the jewel in the crown is the "Zona Colonial" or the Colonial Zone.
The buildings and streets are is a throwback to the original Spanish colonial rule and steeped in history and intrigue, art and culture.
