Ingredients:
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 whipped egg
1 wet garlic clove
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 cup chopped coriander
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
1 1/2 Pounds minced chicken breast.
Oil to fry

Mix the coconut milk with the breadcrumbs and the whipped egg, set aside.
Mix the garlic with the salt, pepper and coriander, add the ground chicken breast, mix well.
Make balls 1 ½ inches in diameter. Put them the refrigerator so that they gel together better until the time of frying (in what you prepare the sauce). Pre-heat the oil in a deep bowl, oil and fry the meatballs 6 at a time. Place them on absorbent paper to remove excess fat.
Serve hot accompanied by the sauce.
Preparation of sauce
Mix all the ingredients together and serve in a large gravy boat.
